The Pueblo of Punta Mita, also know as Corral del Risco, has had a dramatic transformation from a quite fishing village to a host of high-end resorts like Four Seasons and St. Regis. The village is located outside of the gated community that encircles both resorts. There are a couple of great restaurants like Si Senior and Margaritas as well as a couple of cool surf breaks located there. A great place to visit.

Pascal Coudouy….New owner of Gore Range Brewery in Edwards, Colorado
Yesterday I had the opportunity to photograph Chef Pascal Coudouy for his latest project. Pascal is the new owner of the Gore Range Brewery in Edwards, Colorado. Formerly the Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Pascal is a native of the beautiful Pyrenées Mountains of France. Pascal has extensive culinary experience, not only with the Park Hyatt, but also throughout Europe and New York. Under Pascal’s expertise, The Gore Range Brewery will continue to offer fantastic foods, a fun atmosphere and of course their signature beers. A special thanks to Pat Peeples of Peeples Ink PR, Ltd. of Vail. Pat and her firm continue to present me with fantastic and interesting projects to shoot.
Tiffany & Brian….Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay. 05/07/2011
I recently traveled to the Hawaiian Island of Lana’i to photograph the wedding of Tiffany & Brian. The ceremony was at Four Seasons Lana’i at Manele Bay. This resort is one of two Four Seasons Resorts on the Island of Lana’i, the other being The Lodge at Koele. Everything about the entire place is awesome. It was super easy to get good images from such an amazing environment and beautiful Bride & Groom.
Vail Rec District First Short-track MTB Race 2011…….
On a breezy, sometimes snowy, April evening a group of brave souls competed in the first Vail Rec District Short-track MTB race of the 2011 season. The turn-out featured juniors, beginners, sport & expert classes racing around a track at the Eagle County Fairgrounds. The efforts were impressive. After the races, competitors were treated to an after-party at the Dusty Boot. Good work to everyone who braved the early season conditions and congratulations to the winners. Here are a couple of the cooler shots from the event.
And our big winner with her biggest fan…..
